These are two images I conjured during exercise at a Compassion Group tonight. The first is the parts of me, in this case, emotions, that showed up.
The second is my image for locking the parts away for now, knowing I can and will come back to have a conversation with them at another time.
The flame in the first picture represents the “Sacred”.
There is so much here that I cannot put into words at the moment, so these images will have to do for now.
